Field Service Technician

Reporting to the Service Manager, this Field Service Technician role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment.

What Will You Do?

• Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.
• Ensuring our service fleet vehicle’s safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
• Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
• Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
• Providing product service training to clients as required.
• Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
• Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
