As a Field Service Technician, you will be providing great customer service while you learn how to install and repair single and multi-functional office equipment and supporting software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair and maintain Single-function / multi-functional and company products and systems at customer sites
• Perform equipment service on a required basis within specific time parameters
• Respond to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
• Complete preventative maintenance according to regular schedules
• Maintain all Company tools and materials, including an accurate inventory of parts
