Field Technician (IT / Printer Repair)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr 

Work Schedule

• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.


• Post-Training Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (starting from home daily)


• Overtime: Not permitted during training


• On-Call: Begins after completion of training and OEM certifications

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85226 (Phoenix Metropolitan Area & surrounding areas)

Role Overview

This position is primarily field technician work, involving dispatch to customer sites to provide hands-on IT support. The technician will support multiple clients such as retailers and banks, handling break-fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) calls.
