JOB SUMMARY:
As a Field Service Technician, Rapid Response provider, you’ll be at the heart of providing immediate, on-site support for urgent equipment issues to minimize customer downtime. You’ll use your skills and experience to deliver top-tier service that keeps our customers moving. You will work in the field from a service pickup truck, servicing and performing:
+ Immediate, on-site support for equipment breakdowns or urgent service needs to reduce downtime.
+ Focus on fast diagnostics and temporary repairs that allow machines to keep operating until full repairs can be scheduled.
+ Electronic and hydraulic system checks.
+ Quick fault‑code analysis using Product Link, Service Link, Cat ET, CAT Inspect, CA...
