Field Supervisor - Telecom Construction

Description

You are a Field Supervisor and you will play a key role in fostering the culture within your project scope by actively participating in daily safety meetings and/or toolbox talks, supporting the HS&E coordinator in reporting requirements, and actively contributing to incident investigations. You will work collaboratively with the project superintendent and HS&E coordinator to ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with LTS safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established milestones and productivity targets. In partnering with the Superintendent, you will identify and resolve field-level challenges, maintaining steady workflow and minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
