What we expect
As a Field Support Engineer, you will be providing support in our Technical Support Department providing support for the Lifts. We are currently seeking a lift expert field engineer mainly to provide support on 3rd party brands, mainly on Kone technology, including high rise (other brands could be considered).
You will provide technical support to field technicians by telephone, by video or with site visits and preparing/performing training on lifts.
