Field Support Technician (North America)

GEOLOG North America region seeks to add a resource in its Houston office:

• THE POSITION The Field Support Technician will be responsible for the proper installation of Geolog’s  mobile laboratory on oil rigs onshore and offshore and for the maintenance of equipment.


• The position will report directly to the US Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:

• Mobile Laboratory installation and equipment maintenance: To install, test, maintain, repair damaged equipment, to refurbish and control equipment returning to the base from the field Field support: To regularly contact field operations for support and assistance, to train crew members on equipment maintenance, to give field equipment support and to perform equipment installation on oil rigs when required.
