Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Field Systems Engineer (Windows / Endpoint Support) to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows-based systems across operational environments. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working onsite at labs, depots, and onboard equipment locations, with frequent travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system imaging, Windows OS installation, configuration, and patch management
- Install and upgrade applications; perform drivers and BIOS updates
- Install and configure SQL Server as required
- Troubleshoot tablets, POS devices, and peripheral connectivity issues
- Configure and resolve Wi-Fi and cellular network connectivity problems
