**Who We Are Looking For:**
Aftersales position providing in-field support to the dealer network regarding technical issues and customer service. To be based in South Australia.
**What You Will Do:** + Develop after sales service offered by dealer network to achieve customer satisfaction for all AGCO Australia distributed products. + Mediate and liaise between dealers and AGCO to resolve field service issues.
+ Monitor policy claims and perform audits on warranty parts as required. + Attend train the trainer courses on all AGCO products + Organise & conduct/assist dealer training – Product, Technical, Installations, & AGCO Systems + Organise and conduct structured Dealer visits, main focus on Aftersales Departments + Maintain all staff records of respective Dealers, conduct details, training requir...
