Position Overview

A Printer and Copier Technician, also known as a Service Technician or Field Technician, is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing printers, copiers, and related office equipment/furniture. They ensure that these devices are functioning properly, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Setup:
  • Install and configure printers, copiers, and other office equipment at customer sites.
  • Set up network connectivity, drivers, and software to enable proper functionality.
  • Conduct tests and ensure devices are functioning correctly.
  • Assemble and setup of office furniture in the workshop and at customers.
