Key Success Factors
- 1+ years of relevant experience in testing Fiber Cables, OTDR, BERT, RFC, Voltmeter, and Optical Power Meter.
- Maintenance on Ciena, Infinera, Juniper, Alcatel, Cisco, Nortel, and Nokia equipment.
- Ethernet, CAT5, CAT6, Terminating.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently resolve tickets
- High school diploma or equivalent
