Field Technician Laser Printers,Copiers & Inkjet Printers (MAKATI)

Overview

The position is responsible for performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure copier machines are ready to be used at an acceptable performance level as specified by the Customer Service Level Agreement and comply with total quality customer service standards.
• Provide technical support to the sales department in product demonstrations.
• Perform other responsibilities to meet the overall goals/objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and maintenance of office machines, especially laser printers, is a plus.
• A graduate of at least a two-year Computer or Electronic course or equivalent.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of office machines, especially laser printers, is a plus factor.
• Strong customer service orientation.
