Finance Assistant

Based on the outskirts of Glasgow, our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am - with good flexibility offered on start and finish times. The role is office-based and there is on-site parking and the offices can be accessed by public transport too.

Your new role
Reporting to the Management Accountant and working as part of a sub-team of 2 but part of a wider finance team, the Finance Assistant will undertake a range of duties. Your responsibilities will mainly include sales ledger tasks and will not be limited to;

Issuing and processing client invoices

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Handling and resolving queries

Updating and maintaining accurate client records

Supporting with month-end tasks

General associated duties
