Job Summary

The Finance Associate is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company’s financial records, tax obligations, and reporting processes. This role ensures timely month‑end closings, supervises general ledger maintenance, drives process improvements, and supports audits and compliance requirements. You will lead a team in managing core accounting functions—including GL accounts, taxes, reconciliations, and reporting—while mentoring associates, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
