Finance Business Partner

Role Overview

The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as the primary financial advisor to the Regional General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The role will focus exclusively on supporting business growth, profitability and driving value through commercial insight, supporting execution of strategy, and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM and SLT to challenge and influence decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial leadership on Request-For-Proposal reviews, investment cases, customer profitability, and sales forecasting.
• Analyse customer, product, and channel profitability to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
