Opportunity Description
1.Thorough understanding of the Brichstreet system (Materials Management System).
2.Ensures monthly receiving are being carried out as per the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures.
3.Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated bythe Hotel, industry and company.
1.Education: College diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.Some positions may accept vocational school diplomas or fresh graduates.
2.Experience: 1+ years in financial/administrative roles is advantageous, but entry-level positions often welcome beginners.
3.Software: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/Word) and financial software (e.g., Yonyou, Kingdee)
4.Language: Basic English reading/writing skills (e.g., CET-4) for simple emails/documents
