Finance Director

Overview

The Finance Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance and IT for a large-scale manufacturing business based in Lahore, Pakistan. The role partners closely with the Country General Manager and leadership team to drive long-term growth, strengthen governance, and deliver robust financial performance across complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Country GM, contributing to the development and execution of country strategy and five-year business plans
• Translate strategic objectives into clear financial plans supported by data-driven analysis and benchmarking
• Lead end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory reporting, and group reporting in line with global timelines
