Finance Franchise Manager

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, capable of managing teams effectively while also being hands-on to ensure optimal performance? If so, our client, located in the western region of Johannesburg, is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Franchise Manager to join their finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing their performance, and actively participating in day-to-day operations to ensure the team achieves its objectives. Your duties will encompass various aspects of financial management within the dealership, including but not limited to vehicle floorplan analysis, reconciliation, management, and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial health and ensure compliance across all dealership operations.
