Opportunity Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
- At least 5 years in managerial or leadership role
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
- Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry
- HMO after regularization, Company Car with Fleet Card
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and taxation laws
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Good communication and presentation skills
