Finance Lead - Treasury & Tech

SCRYPT is the operating system for digital assets. Banks, asset managers, family offices, fintechs, and payment service providers run on SCRYPT - for trading, custody, asset management, and settlement. Regulated in Switzerland, operating globally, built for scale.

We're hiring a Finance Lead - Treasury & Tech to take ownership of SCRYPT's operational finance, treasury management, and finance tech stack across the group's entities. This is not a traditional CFO seat. We're not looking for someone who learned finance in a Big 4 audit rotation. We want an operator who runs treasury like a product - automation-first, AI-native, comfortable with multi-entity flows, crypto and fiat balance sheets, and finance ops that don't break at scale. Reports to the COO.
