Job Summary
This role ensures accurate financial management, tax compliance, and effective project financial control for a property developer in Malaysia, including progressive billing, SST treatment, and development cost monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property development accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of progressive billing, SST, RPGT, and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Excellent financial analysis, planning, and project cost control skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
