Finance Manager, Canada

About the Role

You’ll own the full Canada P&L, keep our statutory and tax house in order, and be a trusted financial partner to the Country Director and Leadership Team as they plan, campaign, and grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canada P&L end-to-end, including monthly reporting, variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Manage the full budgeting and forecasting cycle in close partnership with functional leads.
• Handle all statutory, tax and compliance obligations (T3010s, T4s, GST, regulatory audits and more).
• Support the Country Director and Senior Leadership Team with financial modelling and strategic analysis.
• Oversee the full partnerships accounting process, from contracts and invoicing through to receipting.
• Keep internal controls tight and flag risks before they become problems.
• Provide day-to-day finance support to the Canada team across expense tools, Concur, and campaign queries.
