Finance Manager

Our client in the consulting services industry is seeking a skilled and qualified Finance Manager to join them in Lanseria, Gauteng. This is an annual renewal contract. Must have international tax law experience (USA and Australian).
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of all aspects of company finances.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and various other yearly returns.
- Assist in day-to-day staff management.
- Working knowledge of Accpac essential.
- Review and authorize purchase orders as per Approved Authority Levels.
- Preparation of yearly international income taxes (USA and Australian) and provisional tax computations for approval by the governing body.
