Our client is a privately owned business that manages an extensive property portfolio across the Liverpool area.
Thepany is also involved in the construction of new properties for sale and rent.

Your new role
Aspany Accountant you will manage a small team and be responsible for overseeing a wide range of tasks including:

Fixed Asset register, details of any sales/acquisitions in the year.

Reconciliations of bank accounts and loan statements for the year

Summaries of intepany loans in the year

Debtors and creditors ledgers reconciliations

Reconcile of other liabilities (PAYE/VAT/CT) where relevant

Use of Sage line 50.

Year end close forpany accounts and submission of files to the accountants.
