Finance Manager

Overview

Our client is a 5* boutique resort group in Philippines. This role will oversee two 5* resorts with a total inventory of about 200 keys, as well as future projects. The role will be based in Manila Head Office and reporting directly to the Group DOF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field of study
• Experience in the same or similar position
• Familiar with accounting software
• Strong financial management skills
• Strong level of proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, forecasting & training
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
• Dynamic, energetic, hands‑on, motivated, innovative
• Strong decision making and problem‑solving skills, even when under pressure
• Highly effective communication skills, including mentoring and coaching
