Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for the manufacturing site
• Monthly reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting
• Inventory valuation, WIP management and cost control
• Standard costing and detailed variance analysis
• Manufacturing KPI analysis (cost per unit, yields, waste, efficiencies)
• BI reporting and data-driven performance insights (Power BI / SAP / ERP systems)
