Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our growing
team. This role will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts
Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly financial reporting. The ideal
candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, and a proficiency in accounting software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process vendor invoices, including data entry, matching with purchase orders, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Prepare and process vendor payments, including checks and electronic
transfers. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
