Finance & Operations Executive (E-commerce)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Executive to support daily finance operations across our e-commerce and shipping business operations.

This role works closely with management and external accounting partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate financial tracking, and proper coordination of payments and records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Operations (Core)

• Track daily bank balances and update simple cashflow reports
• Monitor and prepare payments to suppliers (subject to approval)
• Track incoming payments and follow up on receivables
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents
• Liaise with external accounting firm for monthly closing

2. E-commerce Reconciliation (Key Focus)

Reconcile sales across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon / other marketplaces)

• Match sales vs payouts
