Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in financial modelling and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structuring , particularly across urban and infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting government and public sector clients in developing viable project structures and financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial models for infrastructure and urban sector projects
Assess and recommend appropriate PPP models and structuring options
Support project structuring, feasibility analysis, and financial viability assessments
Work with Central Government, State Government, ULBs, and PSUs on PPP initiatives
Prepare detailed project reports, financial analyses, and investment frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure bankability and sustainability of projects
Assist in bid advisory and transaction support activities
