About The Role
We are seeking a disciplined and highly analytical Project Controller to join our Executive Office. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO with a matrix reporting line to the COO. You will be the primary link between internal operations and external finance/accounting support teams, ensuring that all project records, procurement, and expenses remain strictly aligned with approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Control & Budget Management (20%): Lead project cost monitoring, budget control, and procurement oversight across multiple projects.
- Financial Analysis & Forecasting (20%): Drive cost‑saving initiatives, value engineering reviews, and sustainable financing strategies through rigorous project financial analysis.
