Finance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations within our construction company. This role supervises finance secretaries and finance staff, ensuring proper handling of company funds, accuracy in financial transactions, and compliance with internal controls. The Finance Supervisor will play a key role in monitoring day-to-day expenditures, reviewing bank transactions, and coordinating with external accounting auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any finance/accounting related course
• At least 3-5 years of experience in supervising the finance/accounting department
• Strong knowledge of financial procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to be assigned at Marulas, Valenzuela City (company's office)
