Position Summary

The Finance Trainee supports the Finance Department in delivering accurate financial management and maintaining the highest standards of financial control within a luxury hotel environment. The role offers exposure to luxury hospitality finance operations, ensuring precision, confidentiality, and excellence aligned with premium guest service standards. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience across accounting functions, financial reporting, revenue monitoring, and cost control while contributing to operational excellence.

Location: The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, Carretera Palma-Andratx 19, Palma de Mallorca, Baleares, Spain, 7181.
