We’re supporting a major international organisation in securing a

hands-on Finance Transformation Lead

for an immediate, high-impact contract engagement in Madrid.

This role sits at the centre of a strategic finance change agenda, focused on improving end-to-end finance processes, strengthening controls, and driving operational efficiency across core finance cycles.

You will assess current-state finance operations, identify inefficiencies, and help define scalable finance process improvements. Alongside this, you will support the shaping and prioritisation of a finance innovation pipeline, including automation, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases, working closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders.
