Job Description:
In accordance with the laws and regulations of Algeria, record all expenses and revenues attributable to petroleum operations, ensuring compliance with the Petroleum Law, hydrocarbon contracts, operating agreements, and accounting procedures. Additionally, maintain and update all financial ledgers, bank accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accounting vouchers and monthly financial statements in French, ensuring all bookkeeping procedures comply with accounting policies and legal requirements.
2. Record investment costs and operating expenses by their nature, with a focus on highlighting tax-related matters.
3. Consolidate the expenses and revenues of petroleum operations into the joint account.
4. Complete monthly tasks related to the receipt, issuance, and inventory of fixed assets and raw materials, and conduct regular asset inspections.
