Financial Accountant Overview Our client a leading Insurance organisation are seeking a Financial Accountant to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and statutory accounts. This role is on a great team offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Flexible hybrid working, initially being offered as a 12-month FTC. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyse, and review monthly group reporting, regulatory, and statutory financial reports Support accounting processes, including reconciliation of data from multiple systems into the general ledger Analyse data flows and ensure accurate system integration Produce management accounts with variance and trend analysis Prepare statutory financial statements and support audit processes Engage with external auditors and coordinate audit activities Monitor investment portfolio reporting and month-end close processes Assist with budgeting and planning cycles Identify and implement process and system improvement...
