Role Value Proposition

This position provides first-level support for MetLife Finance systems and users globally. It acts as a single point of contact for support of the “record to report” ensuring that the Finance organization meets its objectives and deadlines. The role also participates in the transition of various project initiatives to a production support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise for MetLife’s Finance systems (PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase) in support of Finance users and processes (“record to report”).
• Utilizes established MetLife/ITIL processes for incident resolution and request fulfillment.
