Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients.

Within WMO, Investment Information Management teams execute manual processes and monitor automated processes to accurately receive and manage investment information such as updating prices and dividends, monitoring investment performance accuracy, and validating client data. Performance accuracy measures the automatic generated rates of return on client accounts to ensure the return accurately represents how the client's holdings have performed.

The Securities Pricing Services Team obtains and validates end of day prices for investment securities held in GWIM, GBAM, Private Bank and Workplace Benefits client accounts.
