Financial Clearance Representative

Job Description
A healthcare organization in the Los Angeles area is seeking Financial Clearance Representatives to support their growing team. This position will be a part of the Authorizations Team, responsible for obtaining service authorizations for patients seen at clinics across multiple states and cities (4 clinics in Arizona, 2 Clinics in Chicago, and 1 clinic in Atlanta). The current team size is 9 members. They will be submitting authorizations and verifying insurance for Episode‑Based Chemotherapy (infusion/injectable) treatments. If lacking experience with verifying insurance for chemotherapy treatments, the organization is comfortable with 2 representatives having a strong background specific to radiation/imaging verifications. They will be working with all types of insurance plans: HMOs, PPOs, Medi-Cal, Medicare, etc. across the given states.
