Conduct Financial Audits: Lead both scheduled and ad-hoc audits for the Group's subsidiaries, particularly in the real estate sector.Consolidation Process: Assist in the consolidation process by ensuring adherence to Group procedures and standards.Risk Management: Identify risks related to business objectives and assess the controls in place to mitigate these risks, including active participation in ERP implementation.Reporting: Deliver clear and structured audit results to senior management.Follow-up: Track audit findings, oversee the implementation of recommendations, and monitor progress with cross-functional teams.Collaboration: Work with local fiduciaries and experts on accounting, tax, and legal matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
