Review GLs, Financial Statements under IFRS and INDAS on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Ensure accurate , on time closing of books on a monthly basis
Ensure Limited Reviews results and Annual audits are prepared accurately and audits are completed with agreed timelines
Prepare quarterly performance presentation for the Board
Responsibility and mandate:
Ensure strong process controls for period closing
Strengthen Audit processes and documentation
Guide and groom team members
Develop and implement internal control frameworks
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure strong governance and audit readiness at all times
Education & Experience Qualification:
Qualified CA
10+ Years of experience
