Accounts, Audits & Tax:
Accounts Closing: Ensuring monthly, quarterly, annual book closures to meet global and statutory requirements as per IFRS and Indian GAAP. Including Blackline Financial ReconciliationsStatutory, Tax, Transfer price & Internal audits: managing end to end Statutory, Internal and Tax audits with Big 4 auditors. Direct Tax, Statutory dues & GST: Ensuring compliance to Direct & Indirect taxes by reviews with internal teams. Managing Audit, Assessments, Scrutinies with Govt authorities. Working Capital Management:
