Financial Controller

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent (6‑month FTC option available)

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

Key Responsibilities

• A key leadership position within the Finance division, accountable for delivering high‑quality, timely financial reporting, and statutory year‑end accounts in line with SORP.
• Lead the Finance Team, ensuring effective oversight of financial operations, strong governance, and the integrity of financial data.
• Provide insight, challenge and support across Anthony Nolan, building credible and influential relationships to help deliver the charity’s strategic objectives.
