Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and up-to-date financial records across the Harlan + Holden entities. The role focuses on strengthening accounting operations, improving processes and controls, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring the accounting team operates efficiently and effectively.

Partnering closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams, the role leads month-end close, reconciliations, audit management, ERP controls, and process standardization initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the Accounting team.
