We are hiring for Finance Controller

• Experience : Post (MBA Finance, CA or ICWA(CMA) **7 to 12 years**

• Shift timing : 11 am to 8 Pm

1.Financial Management & Reporting

Lead month/quarter/year-end close for cost centers; accruals, prepayments, intercompany reconciliations.

Build and publish Flash, MBR/QBR, and Executive packs with clear variance drivers and actions.

Maintain driver-based models: FTE, seat cost, towers, service lines, sites.

Partner with tower leads on AOP & re-forecast; maintain forecast bridges and risk/opportunity logs.

2.Transfer Pricing, Chargebacks & Allocations

Operate transfer pricing: cost pooling, mark-up application, quarterly true-ups; maintain Intercompany Agreements (MSA, SOW, Addendums etc...
