Financial Director

We are currently a well enstablished holding company, looking to hire a Finance Director to lead the finance functions for one of its portfolio companies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Provide insights and analysis to support business growth, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
• Oversee and mentor finance teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance functions.
