Our client is seeking a FinancialManager to lead its Finance & Administration team in Cape Town. This is a pivotal role with structured succession into full departmental responsibility, reporting directly to C-suite.
The Role
- Lead Finance & Administration (Bookkeeping, HR support, and Reception).
- Drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls and risk management.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decisions.
- Oversee HR and administrative compliance.
