Head of Finance

The role of the Head of Finance is the overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company in pursuing its strategy. The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading and managing the finance team through time-critical periods including month-end, year-end, and quarterly budgeting processes.

The Head of Finance will have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, suppliers, and stakeholders. He/She will need to work with all departments helping them plan and manage their own budgets, forecasts, and OKRs, understand key variances, and validate and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
