Financial Planning Administrator- London

We are recruiting for a well regarded Financial Planning Practice based in London. The vacancy is due to an increase in workload for an experienced Sales support administration to join the existing team and assist the team of Financial Planners.

Duties will include:

- Providing efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, liaising with product providers and clients in a timely manner, and checking that all compliance requirements are met

- Providing support in relation to the preparation of valuations and client review documentation to allow the advisers to conduct efficient client meetings

- Provide post-meeting support to consultants ensuring that all work is completed accurately within agreed timescales
