Financial Planning Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst III, you will support month-end closing, forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting activities. You’ll work closely with finance and accounting teams to provide meaningful insights that help drive business performance.

Location: Pasig, Manila, Philippines

Setup: Hybrid (minimum 4x RTO per month)

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM with flexibility for night-shift coverage during month-end closing

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and publish daily KPI, sales, and orders reports
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within SLA
• Produce monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and key metrics reporting
• Assist in monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Partner with senior FP&A stakeholders on reporting and financial analysis
