Opportunity Description
This position involves:
- Supporting and providing an integrated financial accounting and administrative service to the business
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Monitoring and managing working capital, including debtors, creditors and cash flow
- Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports for Divisional Office
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and internal reporting requirements
- Supporting the development and maintenance of internal controls and financial processes
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounts and journal entries
- Supporting capital expenditure planning and cost management initiatives
- Working closely with the finance team, including exposure to people management
- Engaging with auditors and external stakeholders
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
